Appointment Cancellation Policy
- All patient appointments are made on a reserved basis and are confirmed in advance by email, text or phone call.
- 48 hours advanced notice is required to cancel your appointment so another patience can be provided with your cancelled appointment time.
- Cancellations on the "Day of" charged $50.00 for 1 hour appointment. 2 hour appointments are charged minimum of $100.00.
- "No Show" appointments charged $50.00
All charges for "Day of" cancellations and "No Show" appointments must be paid before new appointment given.
